any type of science prof?

So I have a bio and an o-chem recommendation, but MUSC wants 3 sci recs. My two options are asking a third professor who barely knew I existed but gave me a good grade back in undergrad, or asking the PhD that taught the course for my current job in neurophysiology. It was a month long, 8 hour a day course with 4 exams, structured exactly like a typical college science course, but for a private company. Thoughts?

Personally I would send both of them. If a school thinks that your company letter isn't "acedemic" you might have problems. I'm in the same situation and I finally decided that I will send 5! 2 are acedemic sceince letters, 1 is non science, 1 is research professor (not sure if this would be acedemic because I get paid and my school says this isn't considered a science letter) and a dentists letter.

Okay, sending both is probably the best answer then ... is there any chance that if I call the school I'd get someone who would understand the situation, and give me good information on this?
