Just a heads up. Im definatley going to get in on it . Not the fastest laptop out, but for $50 , what the heck . You need to have some proof your living in richmond. Im bringing my apt lease. Hopefully it will work.

I heard that they're trying to give Henrico Country Residents first pick (makes sense.. they pay the tax dollars that went into these bad boys). It's gonna be crazy that morning.. but I'm definitely gonna see if I can get on it as well.
