So I've been hounding AADSAS the last couple days to get my application mailed out. I e-submitted June 14th, and everything was received as of June 21st. My AADSAS status says "Printout Not Mailed" and a representative from AADSAS told me it will be mailed by July 23rd, at the latest.

However today, I received an email from UBuffalo stating "the AADSAS portion of your application has been received"?

What do you make of this, has my application been mailed or not? Did UB access my application online?

When my application said "printout not mailed" I also got a confirmation from UBuffalo. I think they checked it online, but ask around more to confirm.

Once your app has been processed and you receive the "printout not yet mailed" message on your AADSAS page, the schools you designated have access to your information electronically. I don't know how many schools use this feature but it could be what happened here. I'd bet, however, that AADSAS hasn't changed your status yet. The were several weeks behind on updating my status last cycle. Got requests for secondaries before I even knew my app was sent to the schools.

Yeah I got the same message from Buffalo today, also got one from Harvard saying "Please be advised that we are in receipt of your AADSAS application (paper and electronic)"
So I dont know, on AADSAS it says "printout not yet mailed". But they might just be behind updating

I've been having problems with AADSAS as well. I e-submitted June 17th, and transcripts were verified June 26th. I emailed AADSAS asking when they will printout my applications, and they said that they are in the process of printing out my application and will mail them out next monday July 21st. So I guess I'm just going to wait until then.

The best thing to do is just to be patient.

Ya AADSAS is getting on my nerves a bit, I didn't shell out all that money just to have my application site in their office. I've been patient for a month, I want it mailed now! Haha.

My dates are almost identical to yours, but they told me they would be mailed by July 23rd at the latest. So you got two days on me!!! Thanks for the info!

I really hope that AADSAS is behind in updating, rather than Buffalo looking at the application online.

AADSAS was behind in late june when i had my printouts mailed. I called them and they said my applications had already been sent out but it sometimes take time for the website to update. Be patient and in the next week or so you will see the status change and hopefully a few interview invites after that.
