I think most of your stuff is probably done by lunch time, based on the couple of people I've talked to. So I doubt finishing by 2 PM will be an issue. However, I think you would be pushing it to book a 4 PM flight, because I thought most airlines require you to check in 1 hour before the flight if you are checking bags. If your flight leaves on time, they will likely board by 3:30 PM. If you hit very little traffic, it'll take you a minimum of 45 minutes travel time. I would recommend allotting closer towards 1 hr 15 minutes.
