anyone cancelling a UIC interview in Dec? & UIC post-interview chances

hey,

seeing as UIC is one of my top choices and their dec interview slots are fillied (and my other interviews are scheduled in jan), i was wondering if anyone is planning on cancelling a UIC interview for a date in dec? please PM me if you are and hopefully i can take the slot (if the admissions office lets me)

also, anyone know what the post-interview acceptance ratio is for UIC? and how long after the interview is a decision made?

Hello,
I believe the adcom meets once a month to decide who to accept and they last met on Nov 18th I believe. The acceptance rates for instate is 623 interviewed and 461 accepted. Out of state is 289 interviewed 140 accepted. Hope this helps and good luck!

Are these last year's or this year's numbers?

The numbers are from last year, published by US News. I would be really really sad if those numbers were from this year 🙂
