I've heard of that program - is it any good? What is the success rate of working in the US once you do the twinning program? And I heard that going to the Caribbean for med school was taking the "easy" way out - any thoughts or advice?

It all sucks!! I have been there...chose not to attend and went to carib route instead.

The place only sucks up US dollars....plus you are at a statistical disadvantage when you come back to the USA.
