Anyone done a SICU rotation at MGH?

I am thinking of scheduling this for the coming fall. Has anyone on here done one, or know about it? For example, do you rub elbows with the anesthesiologists? Are they willing to write letters if you do well? Would it be wise to do an ICU rotation elsewhere before going to MGH?
