Anyone else begining to panic?

I absolutely know where you are. I was there last year, and, don't worry... it will be MUCH harder than you can imagine, and the admissions staff would have contacted you by now if you were missing a class!
Have a glass of wine and relax. It will be fine.

Actually Jenn, I didn't know I was missing a class at UTK til I went to the interview. But in that situation, they let me take the class in the summer. So either way akita, don't worry about it.
And PS, if you think you're worried now, wait til you get to orientation and the associate dean tells you that you should be studying 4 hours a day everyday!

Being that I believe akitavet is applying to school - I think she is worried about the application. If a school sees that you are missing something they will normally contact you. When I get stressed about things I make a spreadsheet of all of the things that I need to do and check them off as I do them to make sure that I remember. You could also just double check that you have all the required classes for the schools you are looking for by going to their website. Good luck!
Someone somewhere along the line is going to mess up (reassuring, right?). I had SO many problems with my transcripts, my GRE scores and classes. First, I paid to have extra GRE scores sent to all of my schools- come to find out they never sent them!!! I was even charged for them sending them and they said there is no record of that on file (well there was on my bank account!!!). The transcripts thing was a nightmare because they wanted me to do it in person but I wasn't at that college anymore so I faxed them info and they didn't send my scores either (one school never ended up getting it). And I must have missed the fine print for NC state that says you can't have more than 2 outstanding classes when you apply. Since they have the extra business and finance courses I didn't take those until after I applied, thus I was 'disqualified' from NC state.
The point of all of this is this- there are so many different rules and regulations and people that are involved things are bound to go wrong. But you know what? I'm in vet school now and all of that doesn't matter anymore (up yours GRE!!)
Good Luck everyone!!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much. I applied this past year and Wisconsin had a question about one of my English courses (I selected the wrong descriptor for the course). Someone from the admissions office sent me a nice email asking me to clarify the course and that was that. If there is something missing most schools will contact you for clarification; they won't just throw it out. Just make sure you go through your application really well before sending it out but don't sit and worry that you may have missed something. Good luck!
Sofficat, I feel your pain. I have had my fair share of difficulties with ETS sending out the GREs. I've also had a lot of problems with VMCAS and paper LOR's. I think the most stressful and annoying part of applications is just getting all the things sent to the schools.

agree 110%...although waiting after the apps were submitted sucked too!!
make sure the GREs are sent EARLY! i know someone who didn't get in because they were never sent, and from experience i have had trouble--either the school never receives them or they lose the scores.
I am also stressing, I'm leaving the country until November on Sept. 1!!! My grand scheme was to have all of the apps done before I left, but unfortunately it doesn't appear that will happen (especially since VMCAS has been down ALL weekend, but that's another story!)
Luckily, I will have internet access etc., but I am still quite worried!

last year, i submitted mine around this time (maybe a week or so earlier). it was right before my family and i went on vacation, and then school was starting up again. i felt that it was really nice to not have to keep looking it over and fretting deadlines. i just submitted it, and went along my school days not having to worry about fixing my application.
good luck!
good luck!
I submitted my VMCAS application today!! All transcripts are in! Now the waiting.... argh!! 😱
Word. I'm still writing justify-your-life essays!wow! congrats on being on top of it, philo!!

VMCAS is submitted, supplemental applications complete, transcripts and GRE scores sent - yay!
The only thing I am still worried about is that one of my LORs still isn't done. It is from someone who wrote me one last year so I'm sure they will get it done ... they just wait until the last week to do it 😱
