I'm sorry you feel that way, guys, but you have to understand that the interview process at Arizona DOES tell them, for the most part, all that they feel they need to know about you to make a valid decision.
I'm passing this feedback on directly to the adcom though, because I do feel it is important to have an excellent interview process. Once again, I'm not saying that Arizona's interview process isn't a good one, but I believe all feedback needs to be heard. Constructive criticism is always beneficial.
(And as always, be a bit careful about what you say on SDN. Arizona's faculty are NOT the only dental school faculty to read SDN threads. That doesn't mean that THIS topic is inappropriate, only that I can forsee certain rants/raves lessening an applicant in the eyes of an admissions committee).
