Anyone else getting an error message when trying to submit the CMS Comment?

So just like most of you I got the ASA email about the CMS proposed changes. But when I tried to submit the comment provided by the ASA it came back with an error message and the message was pretty vague... all it said was "the system failed to submit your comment due to some technical error." What the heck is that? Did anyone else get these errors?
