I still have to finish Physics 1 and 2 and also take one or two bio electives. Who here also has to finish Physics 1 and 2 this year? Do you think this will be a hinderance in the admissions process? (i.e. compared to those who have already completed all their pre-reqs)?

I have finished Physics 1 and 2, but I haven't finished all of the Pre-reqs at my #1 school of choice. I am currently taking one pre-req and will complete the other in the spring. Is this a problem?

As long as you have all your pre-reqs finished prior to starting dental school, it doesnt matter when they get done. Dont sweat it, a lot of people I know waited to take some of their pre-reqs until now too. Physics seems to be a popular one to wait to take.

I have to take A & P I,II for a pre-req for IU. Worst class ever it is designed for nursing majors/ health profesionals. The past three weaks we have been going over basic biological and chemical concepts. Learning about cellular form and function for nurses is hard to bare after taking cellular biology the previous semester. You got to do what you got to do.

Right now I'm taking Bio2, chem1, and A&P1. I still have chem2, phys1&2, org1&2, and inorg1&2. Here's how my schedule's looking:

Spr07 - Phys1 and chem2
Sum07 - phys2 and org1
Fa07 - org2 and inorg1
Spr08 - inorg2

I'll apply to the school's in the summer '07. Roughly around the Aug!

What did you come out with after finishing Phys1 and 2?

I'm taking Physics II right now, A&P II in the spring, and possibly Biochem in the spring if I don't get into my top choice.

I still need to take Psychology and one more semester of English.
