Anyone else notice this on the NBMEs?

At least on NBME 3 and 4, they seem to have several questions in a row on particular topic (e.g., GU system). I assume this is to make it easier to look up answers for those using the 4 hour mode

I also noticed that USMLEWorld tends to give a number of questions on one topic in a given 50 question block...


So does this mirror the real thing - is that why so many people remember having all Neuro/ all immuno etc. - they have a bunch in one block/in a row

I dunno about USMLE World, but I definitely noticed that on NBME4. Odd...
