Anyone else stressed?

Sorry I just need to let it out.. I have to do 6 supplamental applications still because I have just put everything off for 3 weeks b/c of summer school and work. Now I feel so behind, especially in schools with rolling admissions. And on top of that I have the worse case of writer's block it seems... agh.. I just want this whole process to be over. 🙁

Meee!!!!! I understand. I submitted my PharmCAS app yesterday after going over it 1,596,546 times to make sure everything was spelled right...etc....
And I still need to submit my supplemental. Im supposed to write an essay, but I can't come up with anything very long, and the limit is 7900 characters. Do you think it would be bad to submit something that's 2000 characters. After all, there's only so many reasons that I am applying to OU. AND, I'm trying to study for the PCAT and my O Chem II class!!!!!!!

Just make sure you get the apps you care about most in the mail the fastest and then prioritize the others accordingly. It's tough to work on them all at once!

Me too! I'm so so very stressed out. On top of pchem and cancer (400level class), volunteering, and research... i'm still working on supplementals and studying for pcats... ugh! so far its been ok, but too slow. I'm doing essays on the weekends and pcats during the week. Still, my pchem class is making me worry the most... i know really smart kids that just got by with Cs and I definitely can't afford a C for both semesters! argh...

It's Pchem - you'e allowed to make C's in that. Actually at one of my interviews the professor looked at my C in pchem II and said he didn't even pass it the first time! You can get C's if you get them in the right subjects and in Pchem, it's OK!!!!

Yep - I'm stressed - I've got 25 influenza injections scheduled for next Sunday, haven't even tried the BP monitor I've been assigned & my gloves don't fit..

I'm stressed because I have to work 55 hours this week, my night classes start (MW 6-10pm), I volunteer Thursday 5-10pm, and I'm running the marathon on Sunday (it will be my first). That and I check my email about 50 times a day hoping to hear about interviews...but no luck so far!

I'm stressed because of the dismal way the Raiders have begun another season of "excellence." Arron Brooks should be shot out of a canon over the SF bay and Al Davis right behind him. Seriously, you should be able to put Gomer Pyle in as the QB with Moss and Jordan and score SOME points. Shut out on opening day in the Black Hole...I should turn in my silver and black and start cheering for the Texans, they might actually win a game this year. Thank god we had a bye this week. It will probably be the only week all season we don't lose.

I'm waiting for PharmCAS to load my last transcript and my last LOR to complete it so I can hit submit.

I wish! I guess the last resort is a C but argh... they really kill your gpa.

I actually just started my hampton application because they don't use PharmCAS and the application is 100% paper. I also just found out that I have to have 80 hours of "Pharmacy Experience" for thier app. Love it.

You can't just 'root for another team.' Thats being a band-wagon fan. Like all those clowns that swore they were Packers fans until the Packers started to suck real bad. Now they all claim they really were Steelers fans. No thanks, I'll stick with the Raiders. Being a true fan is like a marriage...for better or for worse!

You make a good point. However, as an NFL junkie who's lived in Portland forever, I have more flexibility. I've always been a loyal Seahawks fan, even though they sucked throughout my youth...but I can't say there weren't times when my eyes wandered to "more attractive" teams. Personally, I'd love to go to a school where I can have a home team...Portland sucks as far as professional sports go...

I've always been a loyal Seahawks fan, even though they sucked throughout my youth...but I can't say there weren't times when my eyes wandered to "more attractive" teams. Personally, I'd love to go to a school where I can have a home team...Portland sucks as far as professional sports go...

I hear ya there, I am in Virginia Beach and the best we have is a AAA baseball team. Could be worse, I lived in Columbus, GA for 5 years. That was horrible...actually all of Georgia was horrible. It was back when the Falcons were bad, decent, and then bad. Nothing like a good Falcons vs Bengals game to see who wanted to lose more!

Well I wouldn't say that. Alabama will not beat the Gators. With Georgia who knows, they looked sloppy this weekend. They won't beat Auburn though🙂 .

It is my impression that they did not notify anybody on the mailing list of this. So to answer your question, go to the website and download them. It is still 100% paper.

If you don't mind sharing some information, but what courses did you recieve C's in and what was your overall GPA when you were accepted to South Univ?
