Oh, "trouble" doesn't even come close to describing it. A day and a half to go, and I still don't know where to put most of the programs on my list...and on top of that, I've convinced myself that my list will be full of incorrect program numbers and I'll be scrambling on the 16th.
As for the rest of your question...I don't know anything about Georgetown, but I know a friend of mine was very impressed by GWU last year and put it in the top three (above places like UCLA). So it can't be a bad choice, right?
