I haven't seen any posts about UF lately, which makes me a little nervous. I've been out of school for about seven years now and am hoping for a career change. I've been waiting...and waiting...and waiting for too long now. Is there anyone else out there? I still stand by my word for all of us (hopefully that includes me) who get in to UF to meet for suds and grub somewhere in FL.

Good luck to all!!! Unless you'll get a spot in front of me!!! :meanie:

Yes! I'm still waiting. And every day it kills a part of me inside more and more. I just want to KNOW!!

There's still a guy in my o-chem II class that is waiting to hear from UF. I thought he was the sure candidate for acceptance (99 PCAT, BS in something), but 3 of us have been accepted to UF from the same class. All of us go to the same CC here in FL. So at least 1% of the pharmacy class entering this fall at UF came from my o-chem II class at a CC with 15 people!

I called Nancy yesterday and she said that I didn't have a chance since they are only reviewing applicants with a 3.0 or above gpa. So nothing official yet, but I'm considering that my rejection and moving on. 🙁

Do you happen to know the number for Nancy. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Or do you think if I went down to the Pharmacy office directly, someone there could give me some sort of heads up? Thanks.

Nancy Crews is in the student affairs office so I would recommend calling them first; their number is 352-273-6217. Then ask them if you could talk to Nancy-if she's not available, then that would be the best time to ask for her direct number.
Also, she has told me that she has been very busy and the best way to contact her is through the telephone.

That is the number I called, also. Good luck, Tricia.
