Anyone else way bored waiting for school to start ... ?

My orientation starts on the 23rd and I ended my job the last week of July. Yeah! But now I feel like I have done everything I can do and I am running out of money doing things I had put off while I was working. Anyone else bored, too?

Well I'm not exactly bored... I'm working two jobs so I stay pretty busy... But I'm definitely ready for school to start, even though it'll be next August (hopefully) before I go back... I feel like my brain is turning into mush from not being used... I may be strange, but I miss learning stuff...

My orientation starts on Aug 23 as well. Even though I am still working I am getting either very bored or impatient. I think if I was not working I might just go on a vacation or a backpacking trip or something to keep me busy. However, since I am working no such luck . . . time just seems to be slowing down as I get closer.

i was bored last week but god has made it easier for me to pass the time by giving me the Flu. So this week I am recovering and next week is orientation. Hopefully thats the only illness ill get for MS1 year

Hey, I am not laughing at your being sick but it's funny how you describe it! I think I am going to look into the recreation department (at school) and the hiking gear they rent and get my butt up into the mountains!

OMG I just finished my post bac in April, am working this year and ALREADY so bored I'm dying to fast forward next year. I'm an admin assist and all I do is photocopy, fax and file 😴 😴 😴 😴 😴 😴
Oh yeah, and read SDN ALL DAY.
Today, just for kicks, someone asked me a question about hydrogen combustion and I totally lit up! Working this job has reminded me that I'd rather do something hard but interesting than boring and easy.
C'mon interviews, let me see that there is a light at the end of this paper tunnel 😳

The school I'm waitlisted at starts Monday. I found out 2 weeks ago that I'm number one on the out-of-state waitlist and there hasn't been any movement! But of course, lots of in-state movement.
I feel like I want to puke. 🙁
