anyone from Stanford?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
The endowment at Stanford is around 15 billion, and they don't offer a predental advisor. Why not? There are some junior colleges that offer a predental advisor. I am not coming down on Stanford, but that is a major oversight.

yeah i agree, they should definitely have a predental advisor. But other than that, it is an awesome school.

You are graduating from Stanford. You don't need a dental advisor. Just apply and you will get in somewhere. That is one of the perks of going to a top tier college.
Here is what my advisor told me: Get good grades. Score high on the DAT. Have volunteer experience. Have some exposure to dentistry. Write a good personal statement. If any of the above are lacking, apply to more schools. To get more info about schools, buy the ADEA handbook, but predents.com has the same thing now.
There, I just saved your school endowment some money. Go get 'em.
