Anyone get into PCO yet?

I had an interview at PCO 5 weeks ago and they're still reviewing my file, but I had an interview at NECO a week after that, their director of admission changed, and I found out that I got in there already. Is PCO just really slow or should I be worried?

Hi! I just joined, but i've been viewing SDN for awhile. I interviewed mid-October and got an acceptance by email the week after. But I talked to someone else who interviewed a couple days after me and didn't hear back for awhile. I'm not sure how often the committee meets. Good luck!! I would definitely call and check up on everything.

I just had an interview at PCO 2 days ago and they said they would get back to me in about 2-4 weeks. I have a question though, after I was asked the questions during the interview, the interviewer told me she felt I can contribute a lot to optometry and make an excellent optometrist in the future, whether it was at that institution or any other. Before I feel "special" about this feedback, did anyone else get this feedback as well after the interview? Wondering if this is just told to everyone... (BTW The interview was with Dr. Holt)

Hello, may I ask you or anyone who has applied to PCO how did you go about in answering their personal statment question. Did you answer each question individually or did you combine them into one big essay? Were your answers elaborative or brief? Thanks for your help!

I ended up writing each question separately, but elaborated on each of them greatly. Good luck with the personal statement.

oh boy...you guys are all making me nervous. i have an interview there on monday :/ im really nervous and hearing you guys say how long it takes means im gonna spend thanksgiving and christmas worrying about it :/ great... good luck to you all though 🙂

I just called PCO this morning and they told me that the committee is meeting today. For those of you who have waited for 4 or so weeks should hear back from them soon if they are meeting today. She told me that I should get an email Monday and I had my interview in mid October. Good luck everyone 🙂
