Anyone gotten Rejected from Stanford Post-Secondary?

Ok, Stanford is getting me very mad. 😛

I know brandonite and a bunch of other qualified applicants are being dragged along by Stanford, which does not update their web status page and does not let us know what the f*ck is going on with our application.

Is it safe to say we have been rejected? Or have they sent post-secondary, pre-interview rejections already and maybe we are on hold?

My secondary was complete in early November and I just received my rejection letter in the mail today.

Same here. I completed my secondary in November and got my rejection letter (pre-interview) on Saturday (along with one from Cornell) Schools just like to prolong the torture by making us wait and hope in vain! Hopefully you have better luck Lizardking

I got rejected post-secondary, but it took less than a month for them to give me the axe.

Well, I sent my weekly email there today, and they told me that they'll be looking at my application soon. But I've heard that before, so who knows??

Sorry to hear about your rejections, everybody... But at least they don't keep stringing us along, unlike certain other schools that would rather lie to you than tell you you're rejected... (bitterness showing through :wink: )

I spoke with a member of the admissions committee and he said that if you haven't heard anything post-secondary from them, that's actually a good thing since they've sent out a ton of rejections already. Also, they still have lots of post-secondary applications to consider so I say there's still hope.

oooh. me me, i got rejected too! app complete around November, got the rejection early march I think. Why am I so excited that i got rejected? go figure. psychosis.
