I am a recent dental school graduate. I sent out a resume for dental associate position and got offered a "working interview" for a private dental practice. Has anyone had these before? Is it a good sign?
Yes very good sign. Usually see a light schedule of pts. Most likely you will prepare a crown, do a filling or two, some hygiene checks and possibly a prophy. Probably have lunch with the doctor. Treat the entire staff and the patients well and you should do fine
