Anyone have MGMA data for Charlotte, NC ?

I expect a job offer shortly and was told salary will be based on 50th percentile of data for Charlotte. I hope to negotiate to 75th percentile so both numbers would be greatly appreciated !!

Maybe I should have asked if MGMA breaks down by region (southeast) rather than city (Charlotte). I've been told by two recruiters that salaries are very low for NC because of a glut of PEDS wanting to practice here esp. Charlotte so I'm hoping the MGMA 50th percentile is a higher salary.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
