Hey, yeah, to fill y'all in on what I heard, they said ~150 people had been interviewed and 24 had beed accepted. They said it is taking 5-7 weeks to get reviewed. They said they RARELY reject anyone after the interview (i.e. you have to make a complete A$$ of yourself in the interview), and most people get put in the "hold" pile for review later on.
Incidentally, a friend who works with an interviewer told me about the interviewer's form that they have to fill out. She said they circle the options of either "Do Not Accept", "Highly Recommend" or something to the effect of "Adequate". Heck, I might have gotten that wrong. In any case, I'm sure they go into more detail than that, but she didn't get to see much.
Oh, and from what I remember at the orientation, they said ~500 people will get interviewed and ~200 will get acceptances. So, the 24/150 figure is really misleading because they DO go back through the files they set aside for later.
