Is anyone attending meharry here? I searched through the forums and tried to find out but the ppl attending ther havent posted in a while so I assume that their accounts are not active anymore.

I wanted to know that since I got an interview there, my DAT scores are really low.. I am thinking if I should explain why they are so low to avoid being on the waitlist..or rejected.
My question really is: can you get rejected after the interview based on ur DAT scores? my logic is ur gpa and dat got u to the interview, the dat should not matter.. if it was low, they wudnt have invited u to the interview anyway.

for meharry, its a bit tough cuz they are so focused on serving the underserved so i cant really say whether it wud be cuz of my dat that i may get rejected or not being African American, although I am minority. Any advice?
PS. any canadian brothers or sisters going there?

Well, If you got an interview then they have looked at your DAT scores and GPA you still have a chance. It's all about the interview now. You wouldn't get rejected after the interview because of your DAT but because were not yourself. Advice: Just be yourself. If they ask about your scores, then they'll ask.

Yes Meharry is focused on serving the underserved but that has nothing to do with weither you are an minority or African-American. There are a number of the majority that are not getting the proper health care.

No one from my class is from Canada but I really don't know about the other classes.
