Anyone know how to reach a live person at AMCAS to discuss application status?

It seems that the database is not being updated (since june 28th) and it is not showing transcripts that i had sent.

Hey there,

I just wrote them an email last night about this problem. I have called to check on my application, and they have my transcripts and mcat, but it is not on the website.

Their number is: 202-828-0600
dial 1 then 0 to speak to someone.

If I hear anything, I'll let you know!

I got a response from them. It seems that the database is being updated daily on the web as on the phone system too, but the date is not being changed on the web system. This is more frustrating because it shows that i am still missing a transcript. I am going to kidnap the registrar and drive down to DC with the registrar carrying my transcript in hand. Can't get more official than that.
