just meant that most of the people hear didn't apply or students that applied to the school are not active on SDN!!!!

i applied there, heard nothing yet...

i applied and was accepted. They don't require interviews during the admission process, so this is most likely why there isn't any feedback.

USP seems to gear itself toward the 0-6 program (for people coming in straight from High school) and this sight seems to attract more "traditional" students. I am trying to decide which school to go to (narrowed down to 3) and USP is one of them. USP is always in the top 30 pharmacy schools (per the ranking), it is a good location and you will get a good job when you graduate. If anybody else could offer any info about this school, I'd LOVE your input (pros/cons).... I spoke to some students on campus and except for the over-all feeling of getting a little burnt out (4th and 5th year students), they seemed to really love the program.

I am currently a second year student at USP and I can feel getting burnt out already, but that's just because I am pursuing two degrees at the same time. To make sure I get 30 credits of MBA by 4th year of Pharmacy, I have to take a bunch of classes in the summer and I hardly ever get a break from studying. The school is awesome, and you get attention from faculty and dean. I was in an accident and despite limitations(because it is a small school), the deans were able to help me out in so many different ways. Many students are under so much pressure for maintaining certain GPA, that they start believing that the school is attempting to weave them out, but that doesn't seem to be true. I have heard that it is VERY VERY difficult to get into USP in any year except first. In fact, I know of several people who have BAs and even other professional degrees starting from year 1 at USP. if you need more info you can contact me on AIM at xsxhxixvxexnx or send me an email at [email protected]
