Speaking of Oregon...I just got an e-mail requesting a third LOE from a science faculty. What's the deal with that?

Haven't heard anything yet, but my status was finally updated to "Under Review"
... I guess that's some good news (but not good enough)!

Last year I got rejected, but it took till late april I think...they are really slow with the application process..check predents.com and change the year to see when people got their interviews

Yeah they require 3 letters from professors. That does seem odd doesn't it, who has time to get to know three of their science professors that well?

So for you guys that got the third LOE request did you get the email before that that said your app was complete and would be reviewed soon. Did you also get the update on AADSAS that says your under review? I am just thinking that I only had 2 science teachers, 1 committee letter, 1 Dentists, and 1 serivce coordinator write letters for me. They haven't emailed me that email for a third LOE. Should I get a teacher to do it ASAP?!

Never mind about my last question... I just talked to Oregon and they said that my committee letter and 2 science letters counted towards the 3 needed because one of the committee members was a science teacher.
