It would behoove you to take time off to further build your English speaking and writing skills.

You have to get that GPA up above the 3.0 level. Retake any C's or lower if you're considering DO school because they do grade replacement. If you have a fall semester worth of retakes that shouldn't be a problem leading into January to take orgo.
If you don't have a semester worth of retakes I would go on and take orgo in the summer to get it out of the way and continue with the other required classes.
