Need help with finalizing school list

Hi, I'm applying to MD and DO schools. AMCAS is done but I'm having some challenges finalizing my school list for AACOMAS, particularly those who will value my clinical experience (which evidently leans pretty heavily into emergency medicine). I would appreciate any insight I can get!

• ORM, female, CA resident, went to a T20 univ, 2 gap years
• GPA: 3.45 (human biology major)
• MCAT: 509 (128/128/126/127)
• Experience:
  • 4000 hours of paid employment as an EMT
  • 3000 hours of paid employment as a paramedic (spent my first gap year getting paramedic license)
  • 600 hours of clinical volunteering
  • 300 hours of leadership (president of well-known medical organization in college)
  • 700 hours of research (non-clinical), lead research assistant but no publications
  • 200 hours of ED shadowing (some with a DO)
  • Included my experience adopting and raising livestock from a farm sanctuary for the last 10 years, which has been a significant time commitment

With 2 gap years, you have put a lot of work in on the EMT/paramedic side. Regarding community service, what have you done since graduating? I'm not sure your farm sanctuary work qualifies, and I'm unsure if you have any other service orientation activities. Usually you need 150 hours of such activities to avoid your application getting screened out (at least among MD programs).

For MD schools, you're going to need nonclinical volunteering.
