i'm currently taking physics 1401 (trig based) and trig at the same time.

Just wondering if anyone has ever taken this physics without taking trig at all. Which i don't know if its going to help me at all since i'm taking both of them at the same time.

I'm a biology major and don't think its part of my degree. I've already taken college algebra also.

So what do yall think?

Absolutely. I took Physics without ever taking trig and did fine.

Cool I think I might be dropping it then. Just wasn't sure if they tought the formulas to you or not

Only the very basics of trig are needed: sines, cosines, pythag theorem, etc.

No trig identities if I remember correctly.
