Like others have stated, super overkill for the boards. If you were to focus on anything, always correlate your Physio to PathoPhysio and not just Physio alone if that makes sense.
Instead of reviewing the book in its entirety, narrow it down to a few chapters you may need to brush up on.
Maybe just stick with the major systems like Cardio, Renal, Respiratory, and GI. Knowing the physio stone cold in those sections will help you out tremendously. Layer some pathology on top of the physio as soon as you review it and you should be golden.
Practice questions solidify your studying and helps you come to logical conclusions easier when you come across them again in the future. When you understand the normal, the abnormal is easy.
