Does anyone use LaTeX when producing publications? I've been thinking about learning LaTeX because I hate formatting in word, plus I use R for data munging/analyses which integrates well with LaTeX because I could embed the code for the analyses within the document (no more copying and pasting)! I know LaTeX is popular in other science fields but I haven't observed people in psychology using it often. I've heard that the learning curve can be steep and all my collaborators work in Word, so I don't know if it's worth my time. However, I am a strong proponent of reproducible research and learning LaTeX seems like the next step.
