I was wondering if anyone has used the PASS program to prepare for Step 2? Was is it a good experience and what other review sources did you use? Just wondering if it is worth the money. Thanks for the input.

I used the PASS program for step 1 and it was worth it. Now that I have failed step 2 I'm thinking of going just for the question tutoring.

I've heard its the same teaching as the Step 1 class.

I took the Pass Program after failing Step 1 by a few points. My score went up almost forty points. I couldn't say enough good things about the Pass Program for Step 1. I personally did not take Pass for Step 2 (I'm currently taking Kaplan). That being said, I do have a friend who took it for Step 2 and passed. As far as the class goes -- it is the same, single guy who teaches the entire course. If you're taking Step 2 you will sit in the same exact class (at the same time) as all the people who are taking Step 1. Dr. Francis adds lectures to your daily schedule for the various subjects (peds, ob, surgery, etc) but the bulk of the course will be "step 1" material. his philosophy is that you have to understand the physiology of everything to answer the questions correctly. Hope this helps
