Just did one system..GIT and Hepatology... scored 66%. Is that a good starter score for MKSAP before I start using UW? I am currently still going thru my first reading.

The score is irrelevant as long as you're learning from it. I did find it easier than UW though, and it is a good segway into UW if you have the time

I've found MKSAP 4 to be full of poorly written questions and riddled with mistakes (many of which are not on their errata).
