Anyone w/ERAS2008 computer glitches?

So I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue when starting to use Eras. I registered and created my profile, and all was well. I started "Page 1" which is basically re-entering my address and some basic data. No matter how many times I click save, it does NOT save my address information on Page 1. I tried this using the "copy from profile" option, as well as manually entering it. I tried 3 different web browsers, both PC and Mac. The program saves other pages I have begun working on, but not Page 1!!! Plus, the weird thing is that the pull-down menu for states appears to be frozen--it says "not applicable" and does not list any states for me to chose from for my address. It's basically stuck in that one position each time I log in!

Anyways, I emailed eras support and got an out-of-office reply 'til July 5. I don't want to enter too much info if the program won't save it. Just wondering if anyone else has started entering basic information on ERAS, and are running into this problem??? 😡

Nope, just finished working on my CAF and encountered no problems, hope your glitches worked themselves out.
