ANYONE waiting on AMCAS READ THIS!

Hey guys,
Well, despite my horrific MCAT scores, I'm still working on my application...
I sent MUCHO emails and heard Nothing until just now...
Crystal, from AMCAS just called me at work (following my last, VERY strongly worded email).
She was quite nice and helpful.

**HERE'S THE INFO I WANTED TO PASS ON TO YOU...
She said that my application would take longer to verify because I had not filled in my "OT" grades (official transcript) and that they would have to go back in and enter all of them manually..... I said, "I know I filled out all of the fields as per the instructions".
She said, "Yes, well, the "OT" grade was not a "required" field, BUT IT IS!" She didn't know WHY it was not indicated on the online application, but she said that has been a major problem and hold up for several applications......
So, she told me to go back in and complete all of it then resubmit, answering all of the questions, etc and then hit "resubmit".
She assured me that I wouldn't be prompted to pay again......
Anyway, hope this might help some of you.

um, why in the world didn't you fill out the OT grades, required or not???!?!

I don't have a good response other than I just plain overlooked it.... I had so many schools/grades to put in, I think I just got blurred vision and didn't notice!
My fault I know, but maybe others made this mistake too.....
I just wanted people to know, just in case so that their applications wouldn't be held up...
