My school doesn't offer on OTC class because they think the information is mentioned throughout the courses and not worth repeating. I am graduating in 2013 and I am completely clueless when on rotations because I have no idea what to tell patients! Someone please meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!:scared:

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think the OTC Handbook is pretty helpful. Our school has it online but I still prefer to read my old-fashioned copy.

There is a book called The Practitioner's Quick Reference to Nonprescription Drugs. It is the abbreviated version of the mammoth OTC book used in many OTC courses. It is quite helpful and would be a quicker read than someone's class notes.

On the other hand, don't be too stress out about rotations. Nobody remembers a s h i t learned from their schools when going to rotation. Just remember, the golden line to survival during rotations is: "That's a good question! I will get back to you~".

I'm not being harsh, but don't you think it is your responsibility to come up with your own notes?

Try the Handbook for non-prescription drugs, it is a great reference. Don't worry about it too much, you ware going to be just fine. There is nothing wrong with looking things up just to make sure, just don't guess.

Hate when people do that... the OP didn't ask you all that. He asked for notes, not a conviction, or even worse your opinion.

To the OP: Sorry bro (or chicky baby, whichever)! Wish I could help but my notes are incomplete for that course (computer crashed)
