I am looking to buy a place in manayuk PA, for Temple. Has anyone done this or know things about it. I have read some posts and I do have some liquid assets that will put 20-30% down payment. Any suggestions... and temple students (seniors) looking to sell?

If your looking to buy, you don't have to limit yourself to Manayunk. It is a nice place and lots of dental students live in and around the area but if your going to buy instead of rent then there are many nice places just outside the city and even in other parts of the city that you might consider. Depending on how much you want to spend of course. If your going to buy you should probably talk with a local realtor to tell you what areas are best for your situation.
