Anyone who's mother language not english and got in UB without taking TOEFL?

i didn't get in but i am waitlisted, I asked them personally if you took SAT in US then there is no need to take TOEFL

Southern American is my native tongue. 😀
 
I guess you do NOT need to take TOEFL unless you get a bechelor degree in the states.
