Hey! Just wonder anyone whose mother language isn't English and got in UB without taking TOEFL

i didn't get in but i am waitlisted, I asked them personally if you took SAT in US then there is no need to take TOEFL

I got in, and they waived the TOEFL requirement for me. However, I won't be attending UB.

I guess you do NOT need to take TOEFL unless you get a bechelor degree in the states.
