I am just confused as to how to write this. Should it be short? Should it be a sizable letter? Should I only streamline the updates? Or should I include a considerable paragraph outlining why I want to be a part of their program?

Any examples (PM if can) would be very helpful...

i don't have an example to send to you, but my advice is to keep it short... express your continued interest in the program and that you wanted to keep them updated, briefly describe the updates, and offer to elaborate or send more info if requested.

I am also curious about this. If we receive good grades for Fall semester at undergrad and currently have a number of schools still looking at our applications, what is the best method to send out the new batch of grades? Should I bother to send them? Should I send an official transcript to each school? Any information/experiences would be greatly appreciated.
