I just checked Baylor's website for LORs and they have this statement:

"All letters of recommendation must be mailed by the recommender or advising office and placed in an official school or business letterhead envelope; otherwise they will not be considered official. "

For those of us using Interfolio - doesn't that pretty much mean every Interfolio letter is "unofficial"? Anyone have any experience on this?

I think it means you have to do that if you are using the letters in place of your pre-med committee letter. I think Interfolio is fine for letters that are sent in addition to your committee letter.

But I could be wrong ;)
