I got the same email on 07/18 about my application being complete email... But got the active review email today.

For those of you concerned about the 7-8 week active review email, don't be! I got that email about 2 weeks ago and got an interview offer last week. I think they just sent that out to lessen the number of people calling in for updates while they go through making invite calls.
