Chicken and egg situation. But the vast, vast majority of implants here are done in hospitals by pain docs where the docs are not owners.

Depends on your deal for batteries.
If moneymaker #gamechanger and you can clear $5000+, you implant more. Your reps make sure of success.
If you lose money on batteries, you turf to NS for paddles, or your trials fail more often.
