Anything like First Aid for Step I for Step II?

Seemed like everybody's mantra that did really well on Step I was to know "First Aid" cold. Is there any one book that is mandatory reading for Step II? I heard "First Aid for Step II" wasn't worth the read.

I used FA for Step II and scored 250/99. I didn't think it was all that bad. I also used the Blueprints series for the individual clerkships. Just my $.02
