Hey guys, I'm a pre-med student interested in osteopathic medicine. Is there a listing of the AOA residency programs available to non-members? I'm referring to the do.online website that you need an AOA membership number to log in to.

Can this listing of AOA residency programs only be accessed online, or could I get one sent in the mail or something?

Thanks!

I called the AOA a couple of months ago wondering the same thing. After being put on hold several times, they basically told me that they couldn't do anything to help me. But, if you could just talk to the right people there you may have better luck than I did.

Seems that if the AOA really wanted to get the word out about DOs, they'd want to put out as much info as possible for prospective students. Good luck to you.

I had the same questions and I emailed DO-online on the 23rd of last month.

This is the information I received:

You'll be able to look up basic program information from a public database
sometime next month. The link will be available at http://www.do-online.org.

The reason Opportunities is part of DO-Online now, is that it taps into a
live database. We're able to deliver instant results to changes/additions
made to program information to DO-Online members. We have to limit access to
the search engine because too many connections will slow the operation of
the search and we want to give students priority over others.

In the mean time I went to careermd.com and looked up the osteopathic residency info that they have.
