AOA vs AOA?

Ok, I was talking with some med students and they were talking about the AOA and I asked them if they were DO students. They said No, they were talking about the AOA - alpha omega alpha.

I felt like a goof. I guess you really have to listen to see if someone is talking about the American Osteopathic Association or the honor society Alpha Omega Alpha, or I guess they could be eye doctors and be talking about the American Optomeric Association.

Yeah, I like to hear the allo's talk about how they did/didnt make AOA, and I go ahead and tell them that everyone at my school made AOA
