I really like the AP Bio Cliff book. Its pretty on point and not much noise (like Kaplan book). Are there any review books like this for Organic and General Chemistry?

Well tbh the DAT has a lot of VERY SPECIFIC anatomy/endocrinology/physiology things in it that AP biology books don't quite cover (which is why the Kaplan book has so much noise). Maybe try the "for dummies" books; they should give you pretty simple overviews of those subjects.
As far as content review books go, I never found anything that had the right balance of breadth and depth for the chemistry sections. I used the Coursesaver videos and found them really helpful, and Bootcamp has some newer organic chemistry videos that are worth watching.
