AP CHEM as prerequisite

I used AP CHEM for general chem for some schools. However, later (after submitting first round of schools) I added more schools that did not accept AP. So, I added the second general chem as planned and submitted apps for the schools didn't accept AP. Will this affect admission to the schools for which I added AP when I first submitted the app? Will they ask me about it? Thanks for your help!
