Sorry to make 2 threads for my stupid questions but I am getting a little stressed. So I just realized I have one AP course from high school that is listed on my college transcript. Under the AP course is the college that I guess gave the credit for it?? I don't know, this was over 15 years ago for God's sake! Anyways, do I actually need to get a transcript from that community college that gave me the AP credit now? Or because it's listed on my main college transcript is that sufficient? I hope this makes sense. I don't even think there is a transcript for me by this college because it was just an AP course and the grade is actually on my high school transcript.

I didn't quite understand your situation. But as far as I understand, you just send in a transcript saying that they did accredit your AP course. not sure about whether you need to send both the community college and the main college.....

I actually called VMCAS and they explained it to me. Yeah as long as the college transcript shows the AP credit I don't need to send any additional transcripts.

However, just when I thought I couldn't get any more stressed - during my investigation into this I discovered I had taken an obscure college course at a CC during highschool. I called the CC and they would not release any info to me, everything had to be done by fax/mail. So now I'm going to have to send in my VMCAS last minute along with some of my supps because I won't have the course name or grade until I get the transcript mailed to me.

To make matters worse I had to request by fax that the CC mail my transcript to each school I was applying to. That's 8 individual fax requests. After I sent the faxes, I called back to make sure they received my requests. The administration receptionist actually SNAPPED at me. She said, "we get hundreds of these every day, do you think I have time go and check the fax machine for you? If it says it went through then it went through!" And then she hung up on me. Ok my future is in this crazy lady's hands. How nerve wracking is that?

I'm in the same situation..... I just noticed yesterday that i also have some random CC credit for a class i took in highschool... the rediculous procrastinator that i am... I think i am horribly screwed.. i need to call schools tomorrow to see if they need me to send a transcript in .. and if they do.. i have no idea how i can get this done before monday.. !!!
