I have AP credit for 3 exams, however, on my college transcript, it only lists the amount of credit that is gained from the total AP exams, it does not specify which AP exam was awarded credit (biology vs calc).

I know that some medical schools only accept AP credit if it appears on the transcript, so if I send a letter from my college registrar/college board for the AP exam I have gained credit for in addition to my transcript, can that be used to fulfill a prerequisite for that medical school if applicable (if they accept AP credit in leu of college courses).

The only reason I ask is because I don’t have a year of “introductory or general” biology. I have 1 semester of intro biology, then 2 semesters of zoology and botany, as my college does not have intro to bio 2. I’m just worried I don’t meet these pre-req requirements. I have lots of upper div bio classes and wanted to use my AP bio score to fulfill the baseline requirement so I’m considered at the schools that don’t say anything about zoology as an acceptable pre-req for the biology prerequisites based off of MSAR. I’ve found that most schools accept AP credit though for biology on MSAR
