hi. i got ap credits for almost all the basic sciences.. i heard that some dental schools do not take ap credits as pre requisite..
in my university, we can not take that course even if we wanted to take if we got the credit....what should i do?? do i have to take those in summer?? oh and which school do not take ap as prerequisite??

also, because of my ap credits, i got into 3 year program..
but i'm thinking about taking another year.. since i really screwed up last year...🙁 and i changed my major so that changed my graduation plan..and also taking 12cr/semester.. would that look bad on application??

I took gen bio/chem again even though I got a good enough AP score to bypass them. These courses are too crucial too not take at the college level and I think you should take them unless you feel very comfortable with both courses.

hm... my school made me take all of them when i got 5s on bio&chem... but gen bio/chem are sort of crucial on the DAT so it might be worthwhile to take them during summer even at CC so you can review for DAT (i believe this might be even cheaper than spending your summer at princeton/kaplan??) and not have to risk crossing schools off your list when you apply cause they won't accept ap for pre-req..

call the schools...i know i called ucsf and they said ap credit is accepted...just call them up and see...tell them ur situation--that you were unable to take the courses at all...
